If you are researching an IPTV PRIME offer, first establish exactly which provider and subscription you are considering. A brand name alone does not identify the seller, the app publisher or the terms that apply to your purchase.
Confirm who is supplying the subscription
Check the business or seller name, contact details and website shown on the offer and order confirmation. Ask whether the payment recipient is the same seller and which support channel will handle your order. Do not assume a similarly named website, social account or player app belongs to that provider.
Request written information about the service and its permissions to supply the content offered in your region. A catalogue, logo or marketing statement by itself does not establish those permissions. If the seller cannot answer a question that matters to your decision, resolve it before paying.
Ask these questions about the offer
- Content: are the exact channels and languages you want available in the subscription being sold?
- Device: which player supports your TV or streaming device, and who publishes that app?
- App fees: is a player licence included or paid separately?
- Connections: how many streams may run simultaneously, rather than just how many devices can save the account?
- Quality: which specific channels offer the advertised resolution, and can you test them on your device?
- Features: which channels have EPG information or catch-up, and what are the limits?
Confirm trial, payment and refund terms separately
Do not rely on old mentions of a free trial or a particular refund policy. Ask for the current trial duration, any restrictions, the subscription start time and the full renewal price. Read the cancellation and refund conditions and keep a copy with your receipt.
If a trial is offered, test the same device and network you will use after purchase. Check the channels you care about at your usual viewing time. Note any errors and the response you receive from support. A successful short test cannot guarantee future uptime, but it can reveal setup and compatibility problems.
If you already have a playback problem
Confirm which provider issued your login details before contacting support. Describe the device, player, exact error, affected channel and time of the problem. Keep passwords and playlist URLs out of public messages and screenshots.
Our playback troubleshooting guide explains general checks for connection, app and channel issues. It does not confirm compatibility with a particular IPTV PRIME offer.
Compare offers using the same criteria
Use our IPTV service comparison checklist to compare the evidence you receive. For SOS IPTV’s own service, consult the FAQ and refund policy, or contact SOS IPTV support. Those terms describe SOS IPTV; they should not be applied to another provider.
